Jeanne is passionate when it comes to helping customers find "just the right home"! She also services people selling with that same enthusiasm, providing feedback and many suggestions for getting their home SOLD quickly. Her career in real estate began in 1992. After her youngest child started kindergarten she got her real estate license in Springfield, Ohio. Focusing on new construction, she quickly became the "Queen of Kingsgate". Being one of the first families to build in the neighborhood, she then enjoyed guiding others to happiness in this community. Enjoying the status of top producer for 6 years in Ohio, she quickly transferred her skills to Florida when her husband was called to a Lutheran Church on the First Coast. She recieved her broker's license at that time. Being an avid tennis player, and enjoying boating, Jeanne was delighted with the move. Jeanne considers herself fortunate to have been able to be a "stay at home" Mom for 20 years as she mothered 457 children in the 70's and 80's. How did she do it?? The numbers are so large because she and her husband, David, fostered many children when they served Glenwood Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio. They adopted 4 of their many foster children, and after 13 years of marriage, conceived, and had 3 more children (the hard way). PTSA is a cause dear to her heart, holding many offices in various schools. In Jacksonville, she was a member of the SAC committee at Landmark Middle School as well as Lake Lucina Elementary. She was also PTSA co-president at Terry Parker High School and a reading mentor at Lake Lucina. Moving many times herself, Jeanne really understands the challenges a move can present and wants her customers to have "smooth sailing". She constantly visits new home sites to be informed on what current incentives are for the buyers. Her motto "Uncommon Concern for the Customre" is evident every day as she "goes the extra mile" for all whom she serves.
